Pre-arranged appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 1 week (7 days) before the scheduled session. For cancellations made less than one week in advance, the full session fee is payable. These terms also apply in the event of an unexpected occurrence, a forgotten appointment, illness or a first appointment.
A new appointment to replace a session missed for any reason can only be given once the cancelled session has been settled.
