\r\n Child Psychiatrists\u2019 EESZT Documentation Requirement<\/span>\r\n <\/h2>\r\n \r\n
Like all doctors, child psychiatrists are legally obliged to record documentation about your child in the EESZT, including a diagnosis or at least a provisional diagnosis. This requires your child\u2019s personal data (date of birth, TAJ number). The documentation usually consists of a few summary sentences, a description of the child\u2019s condition from a medical perspective and a diagnosis\/provisional diagnosis.
